POD, Littlegate House, St Ebbe's, Oxford
About the Role
A fantastic opportunity to join the Learning and Development team within the People and Organisational Development (POD) service at the University.
Reporting to the Operations Coordinator this role supports the work of POD by providing administrative support for a range of workshops, programmes, projects and consultancy. The post holder will provide focused support in developing a new university wide Academic Induction as well as providing support to the Workload and Conditions project.
The successful candidate will also provide finance and HR support to the wider POD team as well as being the first point of contact for all POD queries.
About You
You will have good administrative and office skills, and be confident in using the Microsoft suite of programmes (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.) and a willingness to learn new digital learning platforms and digital skills.
You will have good attention to detail and a customer service mind-set.
