About the RoleUnder the supervision of the Director, Business and Retail Services, the Administrative Assistant will assist with administrative tasks associated with the operations of the Business and Retail Services department. This includes but is not limited to customer service; program audits; marketing; scheduling; registration; risk mitigation; and reporting. Additionally, the Administrative Assistant will be responsible for supporting database and records management. The Administrative Assistant must have the ability to work shifts between the hours 7:00am - 6:00pm for the months of July and August. This is an on-campus, in-person position requiring a police information check with vulnerable sector search and Standard First Aid with CPR Level C.
