  • About You

    You are a customer service focused administrator who enjoys working in a team environment. You enjoy being the first point of contact and providing support to many stakeholders. You have a keen eye for detail and the ability to learn new systems quickly.

    About the Role

    Reporting to the Team Leader Executive Services, you will be responsible for undertaking a range of administrative services to support the teaching and research activities for UniSA STEM and for the provision of high-level customer service to key stakeholders.

    You will be the first point of contact for incoming enquiries including email, telephone and in person, undertake finance administration, generate financial reports, make purchases and support the local area with administrative tasks and queries.

    Essential Skills and Experience

  • Successful completion of the South Australian Certificate of Education (or equivalent), or demonstrated equivalent skills, knowledge and experience
  • Demonstrated previous experience involving the provision of high-quality customer service to key stakeholders both within and external to an organisation
  • Demonstrated previous experience working in an administrative role in a team-based service environment
  • Demonstrated experience in using information systems and the Microsoft Office suite of programs
