    About the Role

    The Administrative Assistant provides a range of administrative services to support the teaching and research activities for UniSA STEM and for the provision of high-level customer service to key stakeholders.

    Essential Skills and Experience

  • Successful completion of the South Australian Certificate of Education, or demonstrated equivalent skills, knowledge and experience
  • Demonstrated previous experience in providing high-quality customer service to key internal and external stakeholders
  • Previous experience working in an administrative role in a team-based service environment
  • Demonstrated understanding of finance administration including reconciliations, accounts receivable and accounts payable
  • Proven organisational skills, including experience in prioritising and meeting deadlines
