    You are a skilled administrator with a keen eye for detail and strong organisational skills. You can build strong professional relationships and communicate with clarity, credibility, persuasiveness and sensibility, with the initiative to deliver results. You provide solutions with a customer focus through logical and innovative thinking.

    About the Role

    Reporting to the Executive Officer, you will act as the first point of contact for incoming enquiries and will be responsible for undertaking a range of administrative services to support the teaching, engagement and research activities for the provision of high-level customer service to key stakeholders.

    Essential Skills and Experience

  • Successful completion of the South Australian Certificate of Education or demonstrated equivalent skills, knowledge and experience
  • Experience in a reception or administrative position involving the provision of high-quality customer service to key internal and external stakeholders
  • Demonstrated understanding of finance administration including reconciliations, accounts receivable and accounts payable
  • Organisational skills, including experience in prioritising and meeting deadlines
  • Experience in using all programs in the Microsoft Office suite and a corporate information system
