About You
You are a motivated administrator with experience in minute taking, scheduling, collating complex data and drafting correspondence and reports under supervision and building relationships with multiple internal stakeholders. You have excellent written communication skills and enjoy working in a team environment.
About the Role
Reporting directly to the Executive Officer, you will perform a broad range of administrative and operational duties. You will work as part of the Executive Services team and will contribute to the effective operation of the Academic Unit but supportive smooth and effective operations of the Unit's executive team.
