  • About the role

    As an Admin Support Officer (Workforce Transition), you will provide essential administrative and logistical support to ensure the seamless transition of staff into the new Adelaide University. You'll work closely with project teams, internal stakeholders, and external partners coordinating key change and workforce transition activities.

    This position, formally titled Workforce Transition Support Officer, is advertised as Admin Support Officer (Workforce Transition) for broader industry recognition and alignment.

    Core Responsibilities

  • Manage project documentation, reports, and data for workforce transition activities.
  • Build strong relationships with teams across both universities and within the IMO to ensure a collaborative and supportive approach.
  • Contribute to impact assessments, milestone tracking, and workforce communication efforts.
  • Draft, format, and prepare reports, presentations, and other key materials.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by supporting best practices and operational efficiency in workforce transition activities

  • Exceptional attention to detail, organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage diverse stakeholders.

  • Ability to instigate and undertake tasks with minimal supervision and work effectively in a team environment.
