Job Description:
The Department of Humanities and Social Sciences at Our Lady of the Lake University in San Antonio seeks Adjunct Music Instructors to be included in the general pool of candidates from which qualified part-time faculty will be selected for the upcoming academic term. The deadline for application is December 20 for consideration for the Spring semester and July 20 for the Fall semester.
Primary responsibility will be to teach applied music lessons to both music majors and minors. Other duties may include teaching additional classes as needed (contingent upon enrollment).

Minimum: Master's degree (MA, MM, MME, etc.) in Music (including classical or jazz performance, musicology, ethnomusicology, composition/music theory, etc.) or Music Education.
Additional Information:
Contract renewal is contingent upon evidence of teaching effectiveness.
