General Summary
Talwar College of Engineering and Computer Sciences is seeking qualified individuals to join our adjunct hiring pool to express their interest in future, part-time teaching undergraduate courses assignments at Indiana Tech. Adjunct Faculty will be responsible for teaching prepared and well-defined Industrial and Manufacturing Engineering courses in the online program at Indiana Tech, and assist with the assessment of student learning, as appropriate. Classes are completely offered in an online modality. Relocation to Fort Wayne, IN is not required. The successful candidate will bring a passion for teaching and a desire to support and mentor industrial and manufacturing engineering students as they pursue educational and career goals.

Working Conditions
Work is performed in an online/remote working environment. Scheduling of work supporting online students must be flexible to accommodate student learning. Timely response to students is expected. Candidate must be able to provide own sufficient and secure internet connectivity, as well as work environment in which confidentiality and productivity can be maintained. Candidates will not be provided with a computer and must own or have access to a Windows-based computer.
