You will offer mentoring and coaching to team members so that they have the training and support required to enable them to achieve our business goals.

You will be responsible for managing the processes relating to application and allocation of accommodation, making sure that all residents are issued with tenancy agreements and are charged correctly for their accommodation. You will liaise with other service providers to ensure that the Accommodation team provide an efficient service to our partners as well as our customers.

You will also need to be able to give advice to enquirers who may need to find housing in the City and be able to offer them support to seek their accommodation.

Attention to detail, accuracy and a high standard in both written and oral communications are essential requirements for the role as well as proven excellent IT and organisation skills.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a student housing role including a knowledge of tenancy law.

Please ensure you read the Job Description and Person Specification for full details of this role.
