We are excited to offer multiple opportunities to work for the Accommodation Service and enhance our students' experience this summer. Based in the Manor House on the Moulsecoomb campus, you will assist the Accommodation Team by providing administrative support and excellent customer service, reporting to the Accommodation Manager.

Key responsibilities will vary and may include:

Your recent experience in a customer-focused environment and strong administrative skills will be key to success in this role. We seek individuals with effective written, verbal, and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to explain complex procedures in a straightforward manner. Familiarity with word processing, spreadsheet, and database packages is essential.

The positions are available on a fixed-term basis, with two positions lasting until the 6th of October and two until the 20th of October. We would like the selected candidates to commence their roles starting from the 17th of June. Please be aware that there will be restricted availability for time off during August and September. Additionally, candidates should anticipate some weekend work as part of their responsibilities.

Interviews will take place on the week commencing 6th of May.
