    About the Role

    Reporting to the Team Leader: Academic Services, you will manage key administrative tasks to support the delivery of academic programs within UniSA Creative. You will assist with timetabling, student study plans, casual academic contracts, and provide support for result entry. You will also liaise with academic staff and students ensuring smooth operations and compliance with university policies.

    Essential Skills and Experience

  • Post-secondary qualifications in a relevant discipline or demonstrated equivalent skills, knowledge and experience
  • Demonstrated previous experience working in an administrative role in a team based service environment
  • Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills including preparation of written materials and experience in liaising with people at all levels both internal and external to an organisation to deliver quality customer service
  • Demonstrated experience in the interpretation and application of policies and procedures
  • Demonstrated organisational and time management skills to manage multiple priorities under broad direction
