    About the Role

    As an Academic Services Officer, you'll assist staff and students by handling a wide range of administrative tasks to support the delivery of the Academic Unit's programs and courses. this includes but is not limited to maintaining all program, course and teaching materials, producing nonstandard study plans, providing support for assessment and result entry and acting as Executive Officer for Academic Unit committees where required.

This includes partnerships with SA Health, Calvary Hospital, Cancer Council SA and HelpingHand.

    Essential Skills and Experience

  • Post-secondary qualifications in a relevant discipline or demonstrated equivalent skills, knowledge and experience
  • Demonstrated previous experience working in an administrative role in a team based service environment
  • Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills including preparation of written materials and experience in liaising with people at all levels both internal and external to an organisation to deliver quality customer service
  • Demonstrated experience in the interpretation and application of policies and procedures
  • Demonstrated organisational and time management skills to manage multiple priorities under broad direction including a high level of attention to detail
