About the Role:
The Academic Registry's Curriculum Records Service is responsible for creating and maintaining the records of ARU's curriculum on our student record system and an exciting opportunity has arisen to join our team of experienced administrators. Familiar with database systems, academic procedures and committee work, your role will include extensive use of our Student Record system and providing policy advice and guidance to colleagues on aspects of the requirements of the system and ARU's academic regulatory framework. Familiar with current and emerging policies in the HE sector, you will be a primary source for informed advice/guidance to senior academic staff. You will also work with other Services within the Academic Registry, affording you the opportunity to diversify your skills and HE knowledge base.
With a degree or part qualified in a relevant professional qualification, you will have an advanced level of IT literacy and demonstrate the ability to work flexibly and with a high degree of accuracy. Experience of managing multiple priorities along with the ability to problem solve are essential requirements. You will have excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills that enable you to deliver a high level of service in a pressurised environment.
