The Educational Quality & Integrity Directorate is seeking a motivated individual to assess, process and communicate credit outcomes and articulations with students, academics, VET teachers, internal CQUniversity teams, and external stakeholders.

    You will have a proven ability to work well with colleagues at all levels and will possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. You will bring with you your ability to use initiative, meet deadlines and rapidly acquire knowledge of the relevant policies, procedures and legislative guidelines.

  • Knowledge, or the ability to rapidly acquire knowledge of issues relevant to the higher education sector, courses/units and policies/procedures and current legislative guidelines;
  • Proficient in the use of information systems, web browsers, email software, Microsoft software or similar, customer relationship systems and Quality Standards;
  • Ability to research, analyse and interpret a range of policies, procedures and provide advice to others;
  • Experience dealing with a broad range of clients from various cultural backgrounds, and resolve complex matters independently.
