    As an Academic Learning Adviser, you will be passionate about supporting CQUniversity students through their learning journey by conducting workshops and personalised consultations aimed at developing their academic skills. In addition, you will be developing teaching activities, and maintaining electronic resources such as information sheets, videos, and online materials. You will have excellent communication and literacy skills with an advanced knowledge of English grammar and sentence structure.

  • Position Requirements
  • Demonstrated success in literacy teaching and providing academic learning advice/assistance, illustrating a student focused approach to delivery.
  • Completion of a Bachelor's degree with industry or professional experience.
  • Familiar with University standards and academic writing, including how to research, write and reference assignments.
  • Detailed knowledge and proficiency to effectively operate University operating systems, for example Moodle and business support software including word processing, spreadsheeting, power points, database systems and email.
