    An exciting opportunity has become available in the role of Academic Integrity Administrator to support the achievement of quality of CQUnviersity's courses an ensure compliance with internal and external quality standards. You will have a direct impact in the delivery of quality assurance processes that ensure the ongoing enhancement and quality of learning and teaching.

    You will use your interpersonal and communication skills to liaise with academic teams across the University and coordinate the administration and monitoring of academic integrity training programs and maintenance of educative assets associated with CQUniversity academic integrity. Your attention to detail will see you review and assess all incoming academic integrity cases and triage as appropriate, escalating significant issues to management for review. You possess excellent computer skills and are experienced using large corporate databases and customer relationship management software.

  • Proven skills and experience using Microsoft Office suite, in particular Excel for basic analysis and reporting.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to liaise effectively with staff and students.
  • Previous experience with SugarCRM or similar customer relationship management system/s.
