Position Summary: Taught in Arabic. A continuation of AB101, Modern Standard Arabic I. In this second course, the emphasis will be put foremost on improving reading and writing skills through the use of authentic material. S peaking and listening comprehension skills and cultural element will be further developed.
Qualifications – Required: Master's Degree
Qualifications – Other: Master in Arabic Studies or equivalent; native or
near-native Arabic language competency; knowledge of media technology and valid
pedagogical experience in second language teaching. The Hiring Committee will
conduct individual interviews with chosen candidates.
Salary: $9,025.89

This appointment is in accordance with the Contract Teaching Faculty and Part-time Librarians Collective Agreement , for which the Wilfrid Laurier Faculty Association (WLUFA) is the exclusive bargaining agent.
