The Department of Marine & Coastal Sciences (DMCS) is an internationally recognized leader in transdisciplinary research spanning science, technology development, and translation to address the needs of society.
DMCS offers undergraduate and graduate programs in Biological, Chemical and Physical Oceanography, and an experiential Masters’ degree in Operational Oceanography.
DMCS is located at Rutgers-New Brunswick, which hosts one of the most diverse student populations in the United States.
