Assist customers of the library and work at the circulation desk as needed. Weekend and evening availability is needed.
Required Qualifications
Must be a currently enrolled student and registered for classes Must meet all Work Study eligibility requirements through the Financial Aid Office Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills Knowledge of general office equipment including copier, fax machine, and multi-line telephone Basic computer skills including data entry experience
Preferred Qualifications
Ability to provide basic technical support for computers
Essential Functions
Provide assistance to students, faculty, and other library customers Greet customers and provide assistance with the resources of the library Answer phone Provide clerical support Other duties as assigned
Physical Demands
