Provide administrative support and reception duties for the Dual Credit Service Center located at the Advanced Technology Center.
Required Qualifications
Must be a currently enrolled student and registered for classes Must meet all Work Study eligibility requirements through the Financial Aid Office Basic computer skills Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications Essential Functions
Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately; Office and clerical tasks; Sort Incoming mail; Data entry; Make copies; Filing; Answer telephones; Informs visitors by answering or referring inquiries; Collating student packets; Keep breakroom clean, stocked, and organized; Give tours of ATC campus as requested; Other duties as assigned
Physical Demands
Frequently moves equipment or paperwork weighing up to 25 pounds Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time Work is mostly performed indoors; some outdoor Midland College or community events may be required The person in this position needs to occasionally move/travel from the office to other locations on campus The person in this position frequently communicates with others; must be able to exchange accurate information
