Department: Billing & Collection Reports to: Utility Field Supervisor
Summary: Under basic supervision, reads and records water usage rate and verifies meter functions.

Physical demands and working environment: Work is performed outdoors, in varying weather conditions; constant physical effort is required to walk assigned routes. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to move; use hands to operate equipment, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to stand, walk, and sit. The employee is occasionally required to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
