Responsibilities :
Assistant Professor of Animation:
The successful candidate must demonstrate a commitment to teaching excellence in a student-centered learning environment and will teach three courses in the animation concentration, including introduction to animation courses and introduction to digital art courses. The position requires oversight and maintenance of the animation area equipment and facilities.
Qualifications: M.F.A. with broad knowledge of and the ability to teach CG animation, digital animation, and stop-motion animation. Two years of teaching experience beyond graduate school is preferred. Expertise in Maya, Photoshop, and After Effects is required. Experiences in Dragon Frame, TV Paint Animation, and Clip Studio Paint preferred.
