Visiting Fellow in the Department of Biostatistics (Appointment for 12

months) (Ref. A/R/1203/09)

Duties
  • Teach courses in biostatistics including spatial statistics at postgraduate level;
  • Prepare lecture materials and conduct lectures/tutorials;
  • Set, mark and grade homework and examination papers;
  • Provide academic support and advice to students; and
  • Supervise student projects.
  • Requirements

    A PhD in Biostatistics/Statistics or related areas, preferably with teaching experience in Biostatistics/Statistics at university level. Fluency in English is required.

    Salary and Conditions of Service

    Salary offered will be highly competitive, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Terms of appointment will be based on the current visiting remuneration package.
