The Department of Management in the College of Business, the University of Texas at Arlington (UTA), invites applicants for a non-tenure track Visiting Assistant Professor of Management. We seek individuals who have demonstrated ability to teach management courses and the ability to work well in a collegial, interdisciplinary department. We are seeking applicants prepared to teach at the undergraduate level. The one-year appointment begins Fall 2023. Appointees will hold the title of Visiting Assistant of Management.
In accordance with USCIS regulations, successful applicants must be legally able to accept work in the United States. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.

The Visiting Assistant Professor will be expected to teach at the graduate and undergraduate level depending on needs and qualifications. In addition to teaching the appointee will perform service duties in the Department of Management to assist curriculum development and student success in the College of Business.

Preferred candidates will have their PhD in management, strategic management, human resources, organizational behavior or a related field. Preferred candidates will have teaching experience.
