Your new role
Curtin's Brand and Marketing team have an amazing opportunity for an experienced Videographer to join a vibrant and progressive team. As a Videographer, you will shoot and edit video content for marketing purposes as well as for Curtin's social media channels including Instagram and TikTok. You will use your experience, creativity and forward thinking to support the team in creating content to appeal to a variety of target audiences from future students to industry leaders. The role is a diverse balance between social media video creation and corporate video production.
You will work flexibly between projects, supporting the team and adapting between roles where required. You will have excellent time management skills and be able to easily prioritise tasks as needed. We are an inclusive team experienced in video production that create story- based social media, research, and marketing videos for the university. We have the creative freedom to produce key course videos in a social media friendly way using fresh new approaches such as story-based production and are constantly experimenting with different styles to make content more engaging for the end user. Our social media channels include Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok and YouTube. We regularly get involved with fun experimental video projects and hold workshops to brainstorm ideas. Additionally, the role is based at our vibrant Bentley campus which includes an art gallery, gym/childcare and medical centre, endless food options and great parking and public transport options.
