    We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Vocational Education Teacher to deliver our Diploma of Nursing qualification at our Cairns and Rockhampton Campuses. This rewarding role includes:

  • Developing and delivering teaching and learning programs to students.
  • Using flexible, blended, and distributed learning techniques.
  • Contributing to the review, development, and implementation of training packages/syllabus.
  • Coordinating and participating in quality improvement activities.
  • This opportunity will see you teaching, mentoring, and guiding CQUniversity students within the Diploma of Nursing ensuring they successfully meet their course requirements.   • Position Requirements
  • TAE40116 - Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or a Diploma or a higher-level qualification in adult education.
  • Bachelor of Nursing or higher relevant qualification in nursing.
  • Current registration as a Division 1 Registered Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (AHPRA).
  • Relevant Industry and teaching experience.
  • Should your role require you to attend any setting / venue / event where there is a specific entry requirement for you to hold these vaccinations, as per relevant State Government directives you will be expected to hold vaccinations in relation to the COVID-19 immunisation.
