Total Remuneration $116,634 to $129,221 pa (including salary of $98,558 to $109,194 plus 17% superannuation and leave loading)

Progression beyond Teacher Step 4 will only occur if an approved teaching qualification has been obtained.

We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Vocational Education Teacher to deliver our Diploma of Nursing qualification at our Cairns and Rockhampton Campuses. This rewarding role includes:

Developing and delivering teaching and learning programs to students.

Using flexible, blended, and distributed learning techniques.

Contributing to the review, development, and implementation of training packages/syllabus.

Coordinating and participating in quality improvement activities.

Position Requirements

TAE40116 - Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or a Diploma or a higher-level qualification in adult education.

Bachelor of Nursing or higher relevant qualification in nursing.

Current registration as a Division 1 Registered Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (AHPRA).

Relevant Industry and teaching experience.

Should your role require you to attend any setting / venue / event where there is a specific entry requirement for you to hold these vaccinations, as per relevant State Government directives you will be expected to hold vaccinations in relation to the COVID-19 immunisation.
