About The Role: We are on the lookout for a talented and experienced UX/UI Designer to join our team and help play a key role in crafting exceptional digital experiences for our future students.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to apply and deepen your understanding of UX design principles, gaining insights into our audience and their needs. You'll also get to work with and learn from a vibrant team of creatives, marketers and analytical thinkers, collaborating and working closely to ensure that website designs meet business requirements and delight our users. Key responsibilities:

  • Conduct user research and analyse user feedback to inform design decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions for digital platforms, visuals, and user experience
  • Transform user requirements and journey flows into detailed UI designs
  • Design intuitive, engaging, and aesthetically pleasing user interfaces for our future student recruitment website.
  • Apply and advocate for UI best practices
  • Design in accordance with existing design systems and contribute to their development and maintenance
  • Prototype Demonstration: Present designs and prototypes, capturing valuable feedback
  • Conduct design research and stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practice
  • We are looking for (the ideal candidate):

  • Postgraduate or degree qualified within a related discipline or relevant work experience in UX/UI design
  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and usability testing
  • Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Strong communication, relationship management and organisational skills
