The Hardware Technical Support Assistant provides support for the Electronics Process Coordinator
Employee will need basic knowledge of Apple software, Dell software and working with monitors and on computers. Employee will work with the Electronics Process Coordinator (EPC) to break down electronics to get the most recycle value, separate green boards from hard drives, organize material for Powerhouse Recycling pickups. Employee will work with Material Process Coordinator (MPC) to wipe hard drives, test monitors, test desktops and laptops, stage sales floor for public sale, and separate electronic material for sale and for recycling.

Working indoors at the Material Support Warehouse. Working hand in hand with the Electronics Process Coordinator and the Materials Process Coordinator.
