Primary purpose of position: The Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to members of the Dean's Office. The Administrative Assistant will spend a majority of their time providing calendar support, interfacing with external and internal stakeholders, and managing/triaging requests and commitments. This position will assess complex, and often confidential, information in order to make accurate and timely recommendations regarding workflow, and facilitate and process information. In addition, they will provide regular and consistent follow-up to ensure that assignments, requests, and commitments are completed before deadlines with accuracy and precision.
