The Strategic Communications and Marketing department have recently been brought together in order to support the delivery of the ambitious University strategy. It has a specific purpose around telling our stories to raise awareness and build the reputation of both the central University, and the Federation more widely. This new role therefore plays a critical part in that.
University Events Manager
This role will be instrumental in telling our story through engaging and informative events. We've got an exciting and evolving new events strategy that will see us developing a new programme of events across the University to reach new audiences and to welcome them to our buildings in the heart of Bloomsbury. You will also be responsible for developing and delivering our graduations, to which we invite our students from around the world. All of our events will support our mission to increase access to education for students around the world. We want you to be part of our story.

The University currently operates a Hybrid Working framework involving a mix of working from remotely and in the office. Typically, the majority of employees will be able to agree to work remotely for up to 60% of their working week, role dependent, however will be required to attend on specific days for training or team meetings, or for events being organised as part of the role.
