Our Late Night Operations Manager supervises the day-to-day operations of the unit. Ensures that all policies and procedures are enforced and adhered to. Directs subordinates to accomplish goals and objectives of the operation. Responsible for daily operational and administrative tasks as assigned by the Unit Manager.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Supervise in the food production area and be sure the employees are adhering to time guidelines for service.
  • Inventory and order food as needed by the establishment.
  • Supervise the receiving and storage of food and supplies.
  • Coordinates maintenance and custodial problems with the Unit Manager.
  • Assists the Unit Manager in the training of employees.
  • Minimum Qualifications:

  • Proven food service experience in areas of responsibility.
  • Three years minimum food service supervisory experience.
  • Written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently under general supervision.
  • General kitchen equipment.
  • Preferred Qualifications:

  • Serv Safe Certification.
  • Physical Requirements and/or Unusual Work Hours:

  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds independently.
  • Ability to sit stand for extended periods.
  • Ability to push/pull up to 30 pounds independently.
  • Ability to use various chemicals.

    SCHEDULE during normal operating hours

    Monday 12pm – 9pm Tuesday – Thursday 4:30pm – 1:30am Friday 3:30pm – 12:30am Off Saturday and Sunday

    Must be flexible with scheduling based on needs of operation and special events.
