  • Writing of a doctoral thesis in the field of family and comparative law, possibly additional research activities
  • Involvement in an interdisciplinary research project ("Good Divorce) dealing with the law of divorce in Europe
  • Independent delivery of courses and holding of examinations
  • Collaboration in tests
  • Support of students
  • Participation in organizational and administrative tasks as well as in evaluation measures
  • Your profile
  • Completed diploma or master's degree in the field of Law with above- average success
  • Good knowledge of Austrian Private Law and associated areas (expecially European Law)
  • Very good MS Office Skills
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English
  • Knowledge of another foreign language (desirable)
  • Didactic competence for the conducting of courses (desirable)
  • Enjoyment of scientific work and dealing with students
  • Ability to work autonomously and to use own initiative
  • Social skills and ability to work in a team
  • Benefits

    The minimum salary as stated in the collective agreement and according to the classification scheme is EUR 3.058,60 gross/month (for full-time employment). This minimum salary may be higher due to previous employment periods eligible for inclusion and other earnings and remunerations.
