    University Assistant (must hold a Doctorate/Ph.D. degree) for a full-time, six-year position at the Linz School of Education, Department of STEM Education

    Job Duties:

  • Conduct research and teach in the field of physics education
  • Submit scientific papers for publication in international journals and for conference proceedings
  • Collaborate at the Centre for Open Digital Education at the Department for STEM Education
  • Acquire funding for and implement externally funded research projects
  • Work on your own habilitation/post-doc project in the area of physics education
  • Supervise students in an academic capacity
  • Your Qualifications:

  • The successful candidate must hold a doctorate degree in physics education
  • Possess experience publishing scientific/academic papers
  • Proficient in English (oral and written, level B2+)
  • Desired but not required: Proficiency in German (oral and written, (level C2)
