An exciting opportunity has become available for a full-time Programme Administrator to join the School of Management's Undergraduate team.
This is a very diverse role requiring energy, initiative and a pro-active style. The undergraduate environment is busy and dynamic and ideal candidates will have experience of developing effective administrative processes as well as the ability to cope with changing circumstances. You will have high levels of personal organisation, as well as the adaptability to work with the wider Undergraduate Team. Occasional out-of-hours work to support recruitment events will also be required.
The role will demand communicating persuasively and tactfully with colleagues and students alike with a customer focused approach. You will also need to be able to demonstrate diplomacy and cross-cultural sensitivity. Experience of working in small teams is essential, requiring a collaborative and accommodating attitude to problem-solving.
This is a full-time, permanent role working 36.5 hours per week.
