    Kodiak College is seeking applications for the Temporary Faculty - Non-Credit adjunct pool.(All subjects)

    Duties:

    100Design curriculum. Prepare lesson plans. Instruct students on area of expertise. Hold office hours, or be available for contact with students.Essential

    Adjunct faculty position teaching course(s) for the Fall/Spring/Summer semester. Qualified applicants for this position will be placed into a hiring pool. Acceptance into the hiring pool does not constitute an offer of a contract, nor does having worked one semester guarantee that a position will be available the following semester; hiring decisions are made on a semester- by-semester basis, according to the needs of that semester's schedule.

    KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:

    Knowledge of accepted instruction methods. Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing. Public speaking skills. Customer service skills.

    TYPICAL EXPERIENCE:

    2 years relevant experience.

    REQUIRED EDUCATION OR TRAINING:

    Bachelor's degree/Master's degree in field related to the position, or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
