The University of St. Thomas Department of Management in the Opus College of
Business invites applications for a tenured/tenure-track (rank open) faculty
position in Strategic Management to begin in Fall 2022.

undergraduate, part-time and specialized MBA, specialized Masters, and
graduate certificate programs.

A Ph.D. (U.S. or foreign equivalent from an AACSB-accredited
institution) in Strategic Management or other closely related discipline.
Ability to teach graduate and undergraduate courses in strategy.
Demonstrated ability and commitment to excellence in teaching.
A strong research agenda with potential to publish high-quality research
in peer-reviewed journals.
Demonstrated commitment to providing leadership (in teaching, research,
and/or service) toward building an equitable and diverse scholarly
Teaching and research interests that complement the department and college
needs and priorities including Global Sustainability and Emerging
