The University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill Division of Occupational Science
and Occupational Therapy, Department of Allied Health Sciences, School of
Medicine invites applications for a full-time, 12-month tenure track or
variable track faculty position for an early or mid-career scholar at the rank
commensurate with experience and qualifications. Primary responsibilities
include research and teaching in the PhD program in Occupational Science
and/or Master of Science in occupational therapy (MS OT) program.
Located in the North Carolina Piedmont region in the heart of the Research
Triangle, Chapel Hill offers a rich intellectual and cultural community, with

both the mountains and the coast. The Division is a nationally recognized
leader in Occupational Science/Therapy education and research. This is an

(1) A clear research trajectory, with publications and a history of extra-
mural grant funding preferred;
(2) teaching experience in occupational therapy or occupational science;
(3) ability and desire to mentor PhD students; and

occupational science, occupation-centered practice, and justice, equity, and
