Prefer at least 1-year specialty experience as a veterinary technician.
Department Required Skills
Ability to monitor ill patients and provide needed care. Ability to perform IV venipuncture, IV and urinary catherter placement Ability to calculate and does medications correctly. Great communication skills.

Prefer one year speciality veterinary technician experience in a busy teaching hospital or referral hospital.
