The University of Notre Dame seeks a Technology Recruiting Consultant to develop and lead the recruiting strategy for the Office of Information Technologies (OIT). The ideal candidate will bring energy and expertise in attracting and hiring high talent candidates from diverse backgrounds, as well as a process orientation that gets candidates hired and onboarded as efficiently as possible. We will support you in your desire for well-being, life-work integration, and professional growth and development. The OIT has been recognized for 9 consecutive years in IDG's Insider Pro and Computerworld's best place to work in IT.

Minimum Qualifications

We are looking for an amazing person with:

  • Experience with recruiting outstanding people from diverse backgrounds
  • Great attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • Superb writing and verbal communication skills
  • A strength in fostering relationships with candidates and colleagues
  • Proven ability to learn and use new technology tools
  • Either a bachelor's degree or experience as a recruiter
  • Preferred Qualifications

    Valued skills and experiences may also include:

  • Experience creating successful IT recruitment, professional training and development, staff retention, and/or organizational development programs
  • Demonstrated coaching and mentoring skills
  • Proficiency in use of collaboration tools such as Google
