About the Role Reporting to the Technical Resources Coordinator (Lighting), the Duty Technical Officer provides proactive and reactive venue and studio technical support for the Faculty's lighting, sound and AV infrastructure. The position is responsible for induction of students and staff in the safe use and operation of equipment. The role will also be required to install and operate lighting and sound systems and contribute to maintenance programs and procurement.
The Programs & Operations Team includes Workshops, Digital Media, Production and Facilities, Programming and OH&S staff who all support the teaching and learning programs delivered by the Faculty. The incumbent will also work with other operational areas to ensure the effective delivery of the Faculty's education programs.
