As Technical Analyst (Service Support) you will contribute towards the planning, development, implementation and supporting of new and existing technical & business services to ensure robust, reliable, efficient and secure IT services. Your work will be in accordance with the IT Services Technology Strategy, the University's strategy and other relevant faculty and directorate strategies. You will be working in an ITIL aligned organisation as part of the Service Support team, providing support across different University locations. As part of the IT Customer Services Department, you will be joining a large, busy team that plays a key part in our wider IT department and within the University.
