The Greenwich Business School at the University of Greenwich is seeking to appoint a Teaching Fellow in Business Management.

With a brand-new University of Greenwich Strategy (2021-2030) which focuses on Student Success, Inclusivity and Culture, Global Research & Knowledge Exchange Impact, and Connected and Sustainable Campuses, and a highly successful growth plan, we are excited that the School of the School of Business Operations and Strategy is expanding to the future.

The position offers opportunities for teaching at undergraduate and postgraduate levels and enables an ambitious candidate to play an important role in the shaping of the future development of the department's approach to its curriculum design.

Applicants need to be confident in developing inspiring module materials and learning activities within a blended learning environment and providing excellent student support and pastoral care

Ideally, we are also looking for candidates that have worked in business management so they can bring that experience into the classroom and help design new, innovative, and creative modules.

We are interested to hear about what areas you have taught and at which level. We are specifically interested in candidates that can teach subjects relating to Business Management.

Candidates will be expected to demonstrate innovation in their teaching, such as Simulation Games, Lecture Video and Flip Classroom.

There are strong research teams within the department which provide research that is of significance to businesses. A successful applicant would form part of a research group, contributing to REF submissions and overall research activities while at the same time receiving support and mentoring to enhance their skills and overall standing in the research community.

The faculty is located in the Old Royal Naval College at Greenwich - a UNESCO World Heritage site – and has a strong commitment to diversity and inclusivity which is reflected in our staff and student profiles.
