Teaching Assistants for Business Analytics Courses at the Postgraduate Level
(several posts) in the Faculty of Business and Economics (Ref.: 511462)
(to commence as soon as possible for one year, with the possibility of
renewal subject to satisfactory performance)
Applicants should possess a Master's degree in Business Analytics, Data
Science, Statistics, Information Systems, Operations Management, Computer
Science, or a related discipline with excellent quantitative skills.
Proficiency in analytics tools such as R, Python, SAS, SQL, Tableau/Power BI,
Spark, Hive, or Hadoop would be an advantage.
The appointees will work with the course instructors and the Programme Office
to conduct tutorials and workshops in English for postgraduate courses,
prepare course materials, support programme administration, classes and
examinations; and perform any other duties as assigned. The appointees will
work at the Faculty's Cyberport campus and may need to work outside normal
office hours, including evenings and weekends.
A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience
will be offered, in addition to annual leave and medical benefits.
