The MSc in Real Estate programme offered by the School is now calling for applications for the position of Teaching Assistant.
Applicants should have:
(i) a good Bachelor's degree preferably in Business, Real Estate / Finance or a related discipline. Other majors will be considered as well; (ii) a good command of written and spoken English & Chinese (both Cantonese and Putonghua); (iii) a strong sense of responsibility as well as good interpersonal and management skills; and (iv) willingness to work under pressure.
The appointee will assist in lectures, preparation of course materials, grading, coordination of programme activities and field trips, and programme promotion and administration as assigned.
Appointment will initially be made on contract basis for up to two years commencing August 2023, renewable subject to performance and mutual agreement.
