For AC/OC-1 we are seeking motivated individuals for positions as Teaching Assistants in the Fall Semeser 2023 (HS2023).

Job description

Each Teaching Assistant will conduct one or more exercise groups, in coordination with the lecture, and under the supervision of a Head TA. Additional duties in connection with the lecture are also included. Exercises and solutions are provided, as is the script for the lecture. The employment is formally for 10 hours/week, on average, over 13 weeks at a standard rate of CHF 28/hr.

Your profile

You must have successfully completed the Basisprüfung, or its equivalent, with good grades. MSc students, and BSc students in the fifth semester or higher, are preferred, although students earlier in their program will be considered when their grades are outstanding.

You must be a Swiss or EU resident or possess a valid Swiss work permit.

The language of instruction is German. A working knowledge of German is required.

Preference will be given to students matriculated at the ETH Zürich who had attended the class previously.
