Your teaching activities will mainly take place within our bachelor programs
and the master program Marketing. You will be responsible for providing
substantive didactic support to lecturers for a selection of courses provided
by the Marketing group of the Business Economics department. Furthermore for
the hiring, training and guidance of teaching assistants, for the further
development and integration of courses within the programs, and for the
supervision of bachelor theses. In particular, the courses you are expected to
support cover empirical marketing, marketing research design and marketing

You make an active contribution to the design, development and implementation
of the marketing courses and program, and you are actively involved with the
training and support of teaching assistants. You will be part of the Tutor
Academy and you work directly with the course lecturers. You will report to
the manager Tutor Academy.
Your main tasks
Course delivery, including one or more lectures and/or tutorials.
You hire, train and coach the teaching assistants in our courses.
You co-develop and coordinate course material and exams with the course
You assist with grading of assignments and exams
You supervise and assist bachelor students in writing bachelor theses
You identify opportunities for improvement and innovation of education and
the deployment of teaching assistants, and you support implementation of
max. 24 hours per week

We offer a contract that is initially for one year based on 0.6 fte, with a
possibility of extension for a max. of 2 years. Your salary is dependent on
your specific knowledge and experience, and will be calculated on the basis of
full-time salary ranging between € 2.790,- and € 5.127,- gross per month, on a
fulltime basis. (scale 10-11, CAO NU). A full-time appointment at EUR is 38
hours per week.
