With our commitment and focus on internal career progression in the professional services, one of our team members has advanced to a Talent and Resourcing Consultant role, and another moved across to Student futures team with a new sense of direction, leaving us with not one but two exciting opportunities for Talent and Resourcing Assistants in the team. We are looking for someone to join the heart of our inhouse recruitment team, where we source and recruit the best talent in Academic, Research and Professional Services for all roles across the university.

The role
The successful applicants will be responsible for supporting and liaising with the three Talent and Recruitment Consultants, alongside their fellow assistant, across the Schools and Services. This role will provide a wide range of proactive administrative support, advice, data input and MI reporting to several internal and external stakeholders. Who we are looking for
We're looking for someone with excellent attention to detail, strong customer service skills, desire to apply valuable life experience and an ability to build strong rapport with others quickly whilst demonstrating our university values and behaviours, adding value to customer focused team.
This role will suit a team player, with strong planning, organising and analytical skills. Experience of using in-house HR systems or similar CRM or ATS is advantageous. Navigating Excel and 365 products will also be of benefit.
