The Systems Integration Specialist reports to the Director of Enterprise Applications and provides support to the overall ecosystem of technology systems at the University of New England. This individual works with both current and emerging 3rd party systems by providing support and oversight in developing and maintaining integrations including API-based data exchanges between interconnected systems and authentication with Single Sign On (SSO).
The Systems Integration Specialist is responsible for participating in the requirements analysis and decomposition, design, development, internal testing, and documentation of processes and procedures related to our overall systems' architecture.
Additional responsibilities include troubleshooting existing integrations and providing technical support to our onsite and external application support team.

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or other appropriate discipline, plus five years or more of IT integration experience or a combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and skills are acquired.
