This is an exciting opportunity for a strong team player to join Lancaster University in support of our recruitment CRM system. While prior experience of working with a CRM is desirable we welcome applicants who can demonstrate the ability to prioritise, have strong attention to detail, with good software and numeracy skills.
This role is initially offered as maternity cover for 12 months with the possibility of becoming permanent. We work to a blended model with home working available alongside a minimum of 2 days a week on campus alongside the wider team.
You will be working alongside a team of marketing and student recruitment professionals to attract and convert high-calibre applicants to Lancaster University from around the globe. You will support the smooth running of the CRM by ensuring that maintenance, requests and developments are directed and undertaken by the correct partners across the University.
